Member Management is a way for auctions to link Dealers and Reps that have a relationship with the auction to the members that have signed up for Lookout & Pipeline.png.  EDGE Admin uses Handshakes to determine whether a member is authorized to do business with an auction, and tie that member to the known Dealership or Representative.  Member Management is also a way for an auction to manage access to EDGE Admin, Lookout & Pipeline.pngfor auction employees.

How is Member Search organized?

  • Member Search has two main search sections and a Hamburger Menu :
    • SIMPLE - Search members by Auction Access, Dealership Account Number, Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number or View All Members
    • ADVANCED - Search members by the same field type as simple, with the ability to search by multiple fields to narrow your search results
    • Hamburger Menu- There are four options under this section (hover your mouse over this icon to get to the following options):
