This article outlines the steps needed to successfully receive a transportation quote from Montway Auto Transport and how to purchase transportation on vehicles purchased through EDGE Pipeline.


Transportation rates are determined from point-of-pickup to the dealership location that is on file with AuctionACCESS, and this will also be the delivery address for your order. 


See a list of participating auctions here.  Transportation is only available in the continental US to valid US zip codes.


Solution

Order Transportation

  1. Purchase a vehicle via EDGE Pipeline (this can be a Simulcast unit, a Buy Now/Make Offer vehicle, or a vehicle won during an EDGE.Auction event).

  2. Go to your My Purchases page on EDGE Pipeline.

  3. Select Manage Transportation [quotes for purchased vehicles will start to populate].


  4. Select the vehicles you would to order transportation for by clicking the Montway checkbox next to each unit.


  5. Review your transportation order then select Confirm and Place Order.



  6. You will see the confirmation screen "Order Successfully Placed"  Click Done!



Track Transportation


  1. Purchase a vehicle via EDGE Pipeline (this can be a Simulcast unit, a Buy Now/Make Offer vehicle, or a vehicle won during an EDGE.Auction event).

  2. Go to your My Purchases page on EDGE Pipeline.

  3. Select Manage Transportation.


  4. Select the Order History tab and Track Order to track your vehicle's transportation progress.


  5. Select Track Order to track your order [track order will take you to Ship.Cars to view the order status].
