Solution

Audio and video is only shown on the active/selected/focused lane. Live audio and video at the same time for multiple lanes is not supported.

When a dealer receives Bidder Badges for different auctions through the day, those auctions will start listing to the left of the Velocicast Bidding screen (you will have to click the three lines to expand the list if closed):

You can then select the lanes you'd like to bid on/watch on the menu to the left (above and below screenshots):
