In EDGE Admin, Handshakes made by/with AuctionACCESS are now read-only and we are not able to edit or delete the information. Non-AuctionACCESS handshakes are still editable.
If an auction calls with an issue, they will need to reach out to AA to resolve any inconsistencies (if it happens)?
If the auction employs EDGE Assist, the Assistant is able to manage those accounts in AA. -- please make EDGE Assist aware of this.
