This is the central location for all your support needs, where all requests are tracked by the Auction Edge Support Team. This ensures your needs will not get missed, allows many people to see the request at once, and cuts down on communication time between departments. We are actively adding content to the Solutions section and will be updating the Community section on a regular basis. EDGE Support hours are Monday-Friday 7 AM-8 PM Eastern.
